Life skips along!
Well just about 2 weeks ago I hit rock bottom. Got caught preparing an overdose and cut my arm deep enough that I just got away with not needing stitches.
I went in to Mill View hospital that night. I was a mess to start with but made some friends quite quickly which made the days a little easier. They did a big meds change and I stopped self harming and stopped the sleeping tablets.
Im back home now and....drum role....I'm actually feeling good!
Im feeling happy! It's a fab feeling!
I've been seeing the crisis team and going to day hospital so I've got lotsa support which is good :-] Look a smiley face!
I'm slowly getting my life back together. I've just started teaching again which is amazing! I love my job so much! And I've started riding Cherries again, and she's actually being quite well behaved! Haha! I'm moving my horses back to Newbarn. I can teach and do my gang with no running back and forth! Nice!
