I…I’m sorry, everybody. I guess I couldn’t help, after all.
I looked into Sora’s memories to see what was wrong, and I do know what’s wrong. It’s hard to miss. His chain of memories is all broken up. Links are missing everywhere, sometimes in huge gaps. That’s why he’s having memory problems. The memory just isn’t there anymore.
And that’s why I can’t help. If his memory was still there and just hidden, I could do something. It might have taken a while, but I could have teased out the links out and fixed the chain, at least. But the memory is just gone, and without that I can’t fix the genuine memory. It’s like trying to form a triangle with two sticks. I could draw in new ones to replace them, maybe, but that wouldn’t solve anything, would it?
So much for being able to help people.
