Am home now. The paper - handed in, and returned with comments I haven't read yet (but the body of the e-mail says he found it "very favorable" - didn't even mind my gimmick of using footnotes in a paper about footnotes). Have you seen the unreleased Roger Corman version? How does this one compare, if so? The plots appear identical.
