This has not been the best week
This week has alternated between great (Love Garden's old location at 75% off, Let Them Know and Carolyn Mark's new cookbook showing up in the mail) and awful (allergies, my sinuses in revolt, and a back soreness that is working its way to full-on thrown out).
On the bright side, my work week is over, I'm off until Tuesday, and Teenage Bottlerocket is playing the Record Bar tonight with Cobra Skulls. Plus, this weekend - weather be damned - will involve a full scale, all out assault by the Nuthouse on Schaake's Pumpkin Patch tomorrow, as well as a trip to the farmer's market. Hot diggity dang.
Of course, being able to do all this is going to require some serious medication on my part. However, that's pretty much how I've made it through this entire week, so no big deal there. Really, the only serious mistake that's happened this week has been the sudden realization about fifteen minutes ago that I never did a book review on the Wayward Blog this week.
I may just do that tomorrow while I'm listening to the KU / Iowa game. iw ould watch it, but we don't have Vs.
