It's funny how things work out sometimes. Case in point - I spent the better part of yesterday all worried about getting a promo reel and aircheck put together for KPR, that it completely clouded the actual, present-day stuff that I've got going for me.

Does taking over the bakery mean that you'd have to be there at an early hour? I've known people who worked for bakeries who had to be in before 5 a.m.

I'm there at 4am three days a week NOW, and it'll be four starting after graduation.

I think you should stick with the bakery. You can write and still freelance while working there. You're doing it now, after all.

I can't imagine you NOT working there.

I don't know of many jobs that require you to make a 5 year "commitment", but it sounds like you're needed there and respected and pretty close to owning the place by now. 4 weeks vacation is pretty awesome, most other places tap out at 3 weeks and you have to work there for like 20 years. Could you not leave the bakery if something fantastic came along?
