The Story Of Stuff. It's a great movie, I highly reccommend it. I watched in two sittings because it's pretty long, but it's worth it.
If you only watch one part, watch the consumption chapter - it's the one that has the most to do with us (consumers). But the whole thing is really scary and interesting.
