The more I read up about marketing and the general CCPA (Corporate Communications and Public Affairs) track the more I fall in love with this career. I'm almost sad that I didn't discover this while I was still in school; I would have stayed an extra semester or two to double minor. So I went Downtown today, and I cannot believe how much I love it. I couldn't stop thinking about how cool it could be to work there or Uptown. Nepotism has an odd way of creeping up in a world where networking is a key to success. The ice rink where I work at is owned by a husband-wife team whose daughter doubles as a cashier and a full-time coach (with benefits!).
