Annoyed
So the stupid machine at Meijers keeps freezing up when i try to put an app in. And I cant do it online cuz the only ones you apply for online are ones that put up they are hiring on the site. After 5 seperate trips to Lapeer for this one machine (which takes about 10-15 in gas depending on where in the 3 dollar range a gallon of gas is) I finally asked my friend James if I could just give him my resume. He said that was fine. So tuesday I called him early before my tattoo and said "Hey James. I am coming into Lapeer and have a bunch of shit to do after my tattoo. But what time would be good for me to drop this off?" He said 8:30. So I go about getting all my shit done, get to his place, and he's not there! I call and ask where he is and he's at a friends house. I say "I thought you said you'd be back and this is a good time." and he said " Well yeah it was, but I ended up hanging out here more and now I'm a stay the night. But I'll come over tomorrow I promise and pick it up and we can hang out." And so wednesday came. He said he;d be here at 5:30. At 5:45 he texts and says he'll come over the next day, some people showed at his house (without plans mind you, whereas we had plans). The next day is today. He texts me and says " Sorry but I got a cold and dont feel like coming over today but you are more then welcome to come over and have dinner and hang. I'm inviting a few others." I dont have the fucking gas for that! I barely have the gas to get to the gas station when I get money again!
On top of that last saturday I was suppose to hang out with Sean. I needed someone to talk to and be there and for a nice night of having fun where I am not inside this goddamn house. We made the plans, I drove there (its not that far at all), and guess what? He's not home. Cant get ahold of him all day. Finally around 3 am sunday morning he texts and says he's not home and that after Necto he ended up hooking up with these two girls and dating one of them and now he's 400 miles from home and doesnt know how he's getting back but thats ok cuz he's having fun with these strangers he just fucking met! and he still isnt home.
Now James is 24 and Sean is 26 and I am pretty sure I need new friends at this point because my two closest (aside from Mike) cant be mature to save their life and I'm actually paying for it. And i really cant afford to. I have $8.00 in my checking reserved for tampons when I need them. Other then that we are broke. There is good news tho. We spent all our tax refunds on catching up on bills and paying Mike's car and school loan one month in advance. But if we cant find jobs by the end of march we are screwed. 67 apps. That is how many apps I have put in in the last month. Not a single call or interview. I've called most of the places back. Still nothing.
