I miss journaling.

My wonderful mother and her acute sense of what makes me happy... Even after being away from home almost as long as I lived there.

I opened a gift early, from the package she mailed for Christmas. It was a silver anklet, that at it's clasp was a pair of handcuffs.

Dammit, she's awesome.

Stupid pots. They don't hold together, and they are making it very difficult to hold anything else as I make a few final trips to my car.
