Some excerpts:

October 7, 3:45 am: Victoria Hall - Don reported smoke on the 5th floor. Source was determined to be a toaster placed in a microwave which was then turned on.

October 5, 2:30 am: Residences - A Residence don contacted Campus Security to report an incident that happened at 8:00 am the previous day when a student woke up to find an unknown male standing in her room. The student aged male ran out and said he was in the wrong room when asked what he was doing there. The student also confirmed her room door had been left unlocked all night.

September 29, 1:23 pm: Chown Hall - Fire alarm activated due to someone blow drying their hair underneath a hallway detector.

September 8, 11:30 pm: Off Campus - The ERC received a report that some people were jumping up and down in the middle of Union Street while pulling down their pants. The location was on city property - between main and west campus - and Kingston City Police responded to a large party near that location a short time later..

September 5, 12:46 am: Student Housing Area - A caller living in a house near main campus called the ERC to report an unknown intoxicated male was on their front porch, wouldn't leave when asked, and appeared about to vomit. Security staff were involved in a priority incident and the caller was about to be advised to call Kingston City Police when they reported the situation just resolved itself - the individual in question was apparently their neighbour and had moved on (to his own house).

September 4, 1:50 pm: Residences - The ERC received a call from a student's father who witnessed a male individual attempting to cut the lock off his son's bicycle while it was secured to some bike racks. He had chased the suspect for a short distance and then contacted Security using a blue light Emergency Phone. Security staff dispatched to the scene but the suspect was not apprehended. Kingston City Police were also contacted and attended.

August 16, 11:05 pm: Etherington Hall - A Security Patrol reported observing a suspicious male and female who appeared to be checking out bicycles locked to the building's bike racks. The Security Supervisor and nearby KGH Security attended to question the two individuals who claimed to be fix a flat tire on a friend's bike locked there.

They two individuals described as:
(1) Caucasian male - initially spotted urinating on the building - in his mid 30s, ~5'6" tall & 140 lbs, w. long black hair and scruffy facial hair.
(2) Caucasian female in her mid 30s with a medium build and about 5'7" tall with shoulder length unwashed blonde hair.

August 6, 4:50 am: Campus - While on mobile patrol of campus, the Security Supervisor observed a male individual staggering down Union Street and eventually laid down on the sidewalk in front of Gordon Hall. When approached by Security, the man became agitated and belligerent. It was at the point Security noticed he had some fingers bandaged up and a large blood stain on his shorts so Kingston City Police were requested to attend.

When an Officer arrived, the individual refused to provide ID and was subsequently arrested for Failure to Identify. Some medication was found during a search, so the Officer had Regional Ambulance attend to transport him to hospital - and it was later learned he'd been transported there previously that evening due to injuries suffered in an altercation.

August 4, 12:50 pm: Campus - The ERC received a call that three males appeared to be throwing dirt from a flower bed into a nearby tree. They were also observed discharge a spray can of some sort and then run away. The Security Supervisor attended and met up with the three young males who stated they had been trying to eliminate a wasp nest using dirt and a can of bug killer they brought with them.

The incident appeared to be over with but Security was called back a few minutes later after the group set fire to the wasp nest. At that point they were cautioned about the dangers and asked to leave the property.
