(no subject)
Is it just me or does Dragon Quest VIII's old school feel with new school cell-shaded graphics just rake you in with old gaming nostalgia. I think its clear and simple format and simpler less exaggerated/complicated story feel like a fresh break. Its almost making me want to take another go at Dragon Warrior VII. Though I think that may go a bit farther into old school gaming than I can handle.
Anyway...
I was trying to be nice and let Frankie keep his claws at a nice gleeming sharp edge but then he had to go to far in his play and raked my right hand so hard that his claws dug right into my pointer finger and I had to grab his little paw and unlodge him. Needless to say he got a swift trip to the groomer and got his claws a good trimming... but the annoying part is that he is to ansy and playful for me to trim them myself. So its goin to cost me an extra eight bucks every two to three weeks...
Other than that, really not a lot going on... just getting ready to hail in the new year. Might go drinking with another married couple Shelly and I have been hanging out with fairly often.
Last thing, I just wanted to publicly humiliate Matt for having a hard time with FFIV Advance... ALL LAUGH AT HIM NOW!!!
