The process of dressing was an annoyingly long one. Extra care had to be taken so that he did not pull stitches or double-over in pain. But Silinde kept a watchful eye upon him and had steady hands, thank goodness. The aid was most welcome, and though it was a far longer time than it normally took for him to dress, he was finally clothed in the blue vestments. It was a pleasant feeling to be dressed again, and he flashed the other elf a wry grin once the fabric was adorning his form.
Then Silinde was speaking and mention was made of the pink in his hair. Oh, he would be incredibly happy to be rid of it! It wasn't even a pleasing hue of pink, but some mashing together of reds, browns and salmon tones from the stain his own blood had made. It was disgusting, really. And so he followed the gentle prodding for him to head to the balcony, sitting down without complaint after shuffling his way out there, and actually smirked at Silinde's words. "So long as its gone," he murmured softly, then held as still as possible so the other could begin the careful slicing of his hair, eyes caught upon the formerly-golden strands that fell to the floor in a cacophony of bloody hues.
