Aearlin & Silinde - The Begining - 15

And so with Aearlin’s consent, Silinde helped the injured ellon dress in navy leggings, and a simple light blue embroidered tunic made of silk, which would not tug on any stitches Aearlin had. Though the exotic elf had asked for assistance, Silinde knew it was hard for Aearlin to admit he couldn’t do it himself. He desperately tried to allow the aqua-eyed ellon to remain in control of the situation to help pacify his pride. Silinde knew the feeling all to well having to deal with the healers of Mirkwood, and would do what he could to ensure Aearlin did not feel helpless.

Now fully dressed, Silinde couldn’t help but admire the elf before him. His previous visions were proven correct. Aearlin looked breathtaking in blue, and could not help the smile that covered his face. “Now that you are dressed, let’s see if we can cut your hair. I’m sure you can’t wait to be rid of the pink.” He said the last bit with a wink to the other, before rummaging through his chest for scissors. Unfortunately, all the Mirkwood ellon could find that would be useful was a dagger. “This will have to do.”

Silinde then ushered the elf to his balcony, offering him a seat. “There…this way I can see much better, and have better access to get an even cut.” Armed with a brush and a dagger, Silinde began the process.
