I just realized that I never posted this. As it turns out, I'm not on build for Fair Use. I'm assisstant directing, which - as Shelby clearly remembers, if she's reading this - I am terrified of and, in my eyes, not very good at. When I told Freddie that directing scared me, he just clapped his hands and giggled gleefully. I love that man.
Basically, I'll write down everything Freddie says and go over it every night at the end of rehearsals with the understudy cast. I'll run our post-rehearsal rehearsals to make sure that we're ready for our performance.
Also, Alicia talked about having rotating crews, so even though I'll be on run crew after all, I might be able to convince someone into letting me have Thanksgiving weekend so I can go with my parents to Tennessee.
Paige is demanding that I do NaNoWriMo with her next month. We'll see if I've got time.
Grey Gardens closes tonight, which I'm excited and sad about. I'll miss those kids like crazy, but I'm ready to move on. GG is so long. It'll be nice to work on a ninety minute show.
