Disregard that last entry. Just got a call from Sheila, the casting director at AE. I got cast as Cheryl in Good Boys and True.
I am freaking. Out.
Interns don't get paid for being in shows, which is a little sad, especially because some extra income would've been nice. But this is it, you guys. My first professional gig in the real world. With any luck, it'll only go up from here, and this is a great show. It was my favorite when I read all the plays this season. Cheryl's a relatively small part - only two scenes - but they're whoppers, both of 'em, and the whole show revolves around what Brandon did to her.
Whenever I start to lose hope, and whenever I feel myself starting to slip, something always seems to come along and lift me back up again.
In other news, I'm watching Boys Don't Cry because I've never seen it all the way through, and I'm a bit disturbed at how hot of a guy Hillary Swank makes.
Time to shower. :D The show doesn't run 'til January, which is plenty of time for anyone who wants to to clear their schedule and come see it.
