1. The Glass Castle - well done, incredible in it's 'roots to wings' for me
2. The Road - best new apocolyptic book I've read in a long time, the author has you at the first 50 words without ever uttering the proper name of the main characters!
3. Mordred, Bastard Son - 1st of a trilogy, a bit fluffy for me in the mid section, but the ending did a fine job of drawing me in for the next installment. Interesting twist with a gay Mordred taking Lancelot for a lover.
