I love the color, plus it was $39 with free shipping on the day I purchased it.
I haven't bought a swimsuit - or been swimming, period- in a while....not because of the way my body looks in one (I give zero fucks about that), but because of the alopecia. I can't wear my wig while swimming, and I won't let anyone I don't live with see my bald head (plus, I'm not one for hanging out at the beach or lounging by an outdoor pool [I'm such a bad Californian ;)] even with my wig on, so I didn't really have a reason to own a swimsuit). I want to start using a pool, though, because my knee is so messed up- it was injured before, so I started using an exercise bike because that's supposed to be easier on the knees, but then I managed to injure it again from using that...and I HATE not being able to exercise. So, I figure I can buy a retro-style flowery swimming cap, then I'll be the hottest old lady in the aqua-aerobics class.
