That's the last time I try to have a birthday party. Or any kind of party. No one ever goes. Last year, 2 people showed up. This year, 4- out of over 100 people invited. Then I feel like I look like a loser that no one likes in front of the few people that do show up.
I had it at the Edinburgh Castle Pub, where my friend was DJ-ing. The sound was awful- too loud to talk, plus it was kind of muffled so you couldn't always tell what song was being played. Plus the crowd was douchebag central- and I know they weren't there for the music. It was nice hanging out with the few people that were there, but overall, it was not a good experience. Never again.
