Today I ate/plan on eating:
2 egg omlet with steak, munster cheese, spinach, and mushrooms
Egg salad
Another steak pinwheel w/ spinach and cheese
Snacking on Pepperoncinis and Sweet Gerkins
I drank/plan on drinking:
3 teas . . . that I just found out are NOT sugar free even though I was told they were (no more tea for me)
1 glass of 1% milk
2 glasses of water
I exercised:
stretched for 10 minutes
weights for 5
walked trash bins to bottom of drive for trash guy (again, a big step for me)
I still can't wait to get my eliptical. I was at the chiro's today and he's happy with my progress, as am I, so I will continue to take the exercising very slowly. I hope to be able to walk Wally for about 20 minutes by the end of this week. I bet he'll be psyched.
Even though I didn't lose any weight from yesterday to today, I am still feeling a lot better in general. The only problem I've had today was a few cravings for red wine once all of my clients checked out, as that has been my ritual, wine once the daycare dogs are gone. I have a cookout tomorrow night. I know the food won't be a problem (I'll eat before I go and bring some veggie sticks to snack on), but the alcohol will be. I will not do it! 2 weeks without . . . I can last . . . I know I can . . . can I?
