Stealing, theft, misappropriation and borrowing without asking. It upsets me for a number of reasons. I've been very irritated recently, and for some very specific reasons--mainly the ones I just mentioned. That's not good if someone is taking stuff from you... the only problem with not saying anything is they might feel like they got away with it or they can keep doing it. Is this person someone who you've lived with/been around a long time? Did something change around the time these items started disappearing? Have you mentioned that these things are missing and you really want/need them back?

It's really frustrating when people take things so I don't blame you for being angry or upset. But I also would wonder if this is something where you might eventually need to find different living arrangements if the person shows no signs of stopping.

Aside from said friend and myself there are two others who live there--one of which I get along with and the other passive aggressive prick who used to be a friend (and hasn't figured it out yet that we aren't any more). He's the one who refused not to use homophobic language around me. I think I've posted about him before. Anyway, he's the one I suspect of taking my stuff. Any time he gets pissed he does something to get back at the person. So far I've had the most stuff knowingly go missing to the extent that I have a running list on the board down stairs ( ... )

Not at the moment. No evidence just circumstantial theorizing. And as it is it'd probably take a restraining order to make him leave.
