Have a wine dinner coming up this week and I want to make something that I normally wouldn't think to make.

The wines we are tasting are Chilean Sauvignon Blancs

I just Grilled a piece of Tuna Rare than crusted it with cracked black peppercorns and cardamom. Than I took some Tangerine segments and tossed em with a touch of sesame oil to eat on the side.

I think Im going to go make love to myself now.
