There are commuting options that will make it less of pain once i'm a direct employee, but it's still the one catch in an otherwise good deal.

About 30 minutes with no/light traffic and around an hour if it's heavy.

Could be worse, but yeah, a commute like that is a paaaain. That's what mine was back when I was living in Dallas when I was working at this one place.
