Well, things are improving. We're settling into that post-Christmas routine. D'Artagnan is definitely part of the family, divaflip 's back at work, and the wedding plans are beginning to progress.
We've set the date, booked the church (relatively easy, as divaflip 's uncle is the minister) and the party venue, and can start looking at a few other logistics like guest lists, decorations, costumes and so on. I will be visiting Gallery Serpentine for a frock coat, then looking for appropriate pants, boots, and weapons. I suppose I can start ordering the hat soon as well.
In the meantime, Iron Maiden is less than a month away, and that's going to be Totally Excellent ;-)
I'm also thinking of starting a new blog. I've got the basics of the design down, but am having trouble picking a colour scheme. If any body's got a suggestion, let me know in the comments. I'm after something elegant, simple, yet somewhat technical-looking.
