Last night was kinda busy. One of the systems had been down, which made for a lot of work for us during graves. Add to that scheduled maintenance on one of the big T`s wholesale systems, and we had very little time to do anything but work.

So far, tonight is good. We`ve finished what we`ve been assigned, and now it`s just handling inbound calls.
