My body is slowly adjusting to graveyard life. I managed to force myself to stay in bed until 3.15 this afternoon! I still haven’t fallen asleep at work, which is also a bonus.

divaflip to take to work for her international lunch thingy. Hopefully it turns out ok. The lazy Maylasian method produces a lot of sauce, which is easy, but not the way I was brought up. I’m trying to get it much more Indonesian, a goal which has eluded me thus far. Oh well, we’ll see how this batch turns out.
Just discovered the wikibooks cookbook, which has a
recipe for rendang that doesn’t use a bre-bought paste! I won’t use it tonight, but I’ll be visiting this site a little more often.
