I'm returning my Macbook. Yes, it's working fine. Yes, I've been happy with it. Why then, am I sending it back?
Apple decided to do a hardware upgrade a week after I bought it; the graphics chipset was significantly improved, and the system now supports a full 4GB of RAM. As I do enjoy the occasional video game [cough], I deem this worth shipping back my laptop and printer, and taking the 10% hit on restock.
I will write a polite but strongly worded email to Apple laying out my disappointment with them over this. If they make some effort to make me happy, then I will most likely be happy. If not, chances are I'll complain about it some more here, because as far as I can tell that's the sort of thing LiveJournal is for.
