House thoughts

I bought a house today. Nothing special or remarkable about it. My 5th house actually .. I suppose average for my age/generation. While it's the most expensive I've ever bought, it carries the smallest equity of any since my very first (divorces and debt have a way of doing that) .. and the payments devestatingly reflect the loan to value ratio
