Rose might be up for that. She wrangled herself and Torchwood into making a Dimension Cannon- plus her daddy owns shares in almost every company in the world.. I imagine she had quite the crash course in her 2-3 year stay in Pete's world...

Aaand if Caster doesn't qualify for the above, she'd definitely be glad to scoop up the role of Charismatic Speaker, considering how much of a silver tongue she has. Plus, as a former princess, she has to be charismatic.

Unless, of course, Caster does nab herself the role of having The Epiphany Moment or anything important like that, since I wouldn't want to hog the spot. XD

Seriously, though, Tonegawa could talk his way into just about anything, given a few minutes for one of his trademark Magnificent (and possibly Angry and/ or Encouraging) Speeches and a hard surface to thump for effect. He's also a fabulous schmoozer. ♥

Raul would definitely want in on this. He's already given a big speech to help people out, and well... head of the NPP here and such. This could actually help out the NPP a lot, if they could get in good with the governor by helping out.
