~Plotting Post for Several Parties~
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas yesterday! Soooo, now that I've stopped being all over the place, I can show y'all some upcoming, mod-approved plots. Even though I probably should have done this earlier, haha. Please bear with me as I stuff it all into this one post. ♥
The quick run-down of what's here, so you can skip anything that doesn't relate to your interests:

Hitsugaya Toshirou's Birthday
So, first, Hitsugaya Toshirou's birthday log is right here. Please feel free to tag in, wish him well, and give him a gift! c: You can have your character accept Caster's invitation here, but if you want to handwave it or work something else out, just let me know!
The Solstice Academy
Next, the Solstice Academy is finally going to be up and running on January 3! It's hidden behind in an establishment connected to the Cat's Eye with Rain's permission. For more information, just look here~. Caster invites each of the students and the members on the staff personally, since she can sense a person's level of supernatural/magical strength/potential. (In which case, here's her permissions post!) So, basically, if you want your character:
♥ Enrolled as a student
♥ Employed on the staff
♥ Have one-on-one tutoring
Then please let me know or poke one of the other teachers listed there. We'll work something out! And if I've made a mistake with anything, staff or student-wise, just tell me, and I'll fix it ASAP. (Also, Raven-mun, I included Raven since I think you last said that she would want to join? So if you wanted to play it out, handwave it, or if you just changed your mind, just tell me.)
There will also be a New Year's party at the Cat's Eye, including its students/staff.
Ukyou's New Year Party

After some discussion with Ukyou-mun, we've decided that Ukyou will be hosting a New Year's Party on December 31! It will be at the Heiwausou of Kogakyo, starting at 5 PM.
The activities:
♥ Food, dancing, music provided by an orchestra, and live dancers on a stage.
♥ A bonfire to throw in and discard old possessions in celebration of the new year.
♥ During sunrise, hop on over to the docks. There will be sky lanterns available to release into the sky. Ukyou will rent as many party yachts as necessary for those attending.
Now, here's something exclusive for the villains, in separate rooms hidden away from the rest of the party:
♥ A private lounging room for card games, gambling, and socializing.
♥ A secret auction:
Ukyou or one of his subordinates will lead your character of dark intent into a luxurious, closed off room. It has comfortable seating and people to wait on him/her. There will be a large flat screen in front of the person and another smaller screen on the side. The aforementioned larger flat screen will reveal the items that are available for bidding, which can include objects (or even the service of an individual) that can be questionable in nature.
If you have a character that wants to put up something for bid, they're free to include it. The smaller touch screen can be used to communicate with the other bidders through text to ensure anonymity. Depending on the seller, they can accept favors instead of money.
♥ The private network of The Terminus.
After the auction, Ukyou will offer each of the villainous attendees a separate NV and invite them to a privately encrypted network known as The Terminus. (For more information, just look here!)
It's totally optional, so they don't have to accept. But how does this work? Well, all your character has to do is insert [ Filtered to The Terminus ] like another NV entry, and voila. They're filtering an entry to the people connected to it.
Now, those connected to The Terminus are those that accepted and agreed to join it when Ukyou asks at the end of the auction. They can then choose their own pseudonym, and that will be their name in the network. If someone wants to speak with them privately, they can simply insert [ Filtered to -Pseudonym- ]. So, do you have a villain or questionable person that doesn't like revealing themselves, even to others like them? Then they can feel self-assured that they have full anonymity, with the tentative exception of the network.
The network can be used for alliances, discussion, or information searches. You want to sell something to the others? You need help for that scheme you've been cooking up? You want to know more about someone that's bothering you? Filter away, and feel comfortable with other like-minded individuals.
And if your character doesn't want to join the network? That's fine. Consider The Terminus like an index. Say that your villainous person doesn't want long-term association, but he/she would like some help/information. The moderator will ask the network whether anyone would like to assist. Whomever agrees can seek out that person, filter a message to that individual, and they can get business done without compromising the network.
Now then, how to get invited to this party? Well, Ukyou will be the one inviting the villains, but Caster is secretly pulling the strings here. (In fact, speaking to the Moderator of the network will likely be her half the time.) So, now, if you want to work out a way for your villain to get invited to the party? Or perhaps just the network? Just drop me a line, and let's see if we can't work something out. And if your character's in jail? Well, I'm sure they can at least get involved with the network, if it should catch their interest!
Ooh, also, as a possible incentive, Ukyou is more than willing to fund any of your villains' schemes. Given his connection with AGI and his Core-developed ability of the Midas touch, he has more than enough to spare. (He'll also heartily try to encourage anyone to invest into purchasing his Nobuseri, Robot Bandits!)
