Summary: Icha Icha Paradise has opened its doors to anyone who needs help or a safe place to stay for the night. Kakashi's also hoping that people on Night Watch and interested in protecting newcomers will come so they can organize and send out teams on rescue missions!

[ The first rumble is always the worst -- the big one, the one that grates on everyone's nerves when the earth opens up and tries to swallow them whole. He's seen a few buildings go down that way, a deafening rumble preceding the tremble of concrete before it falls to its knees, bent at the waist and smashed to the ground, which doesn't merely meet the earth but disappears into it.
But it's the aftershocks that you have to worry about the most.
Those are the ones that do the most damage -- the best way to kill a man is to cut him down when he's already injured. And the injured are everywhere.
Icha Icha Paradise somehow managed to escape relatively unscathed, except for display cases that fell over and some cracks in the concrete.
Kakashi has gone into the armory and pulled out all the medical tools he can manage to find on short notice, and he's ordered what employees have managed to come in to clear off the shelves and any flat areas to make room for supplies instead. There's a large room in the back that can easily sleep twenty or thirty, made up entirely of pillows and cushions. Usually it's used as a "playroom," and is carefully cleaned every time it's rented out. Tonight, it'll be home to anyone who needs a roof above their heads.
He's just brought out a box of practical supplies filled with rope and gloves for anyone who might come by to help out in rescue missions. ]
