[He threw on his uniform - no cape, just black suit, bellowed for Jubilee, sent a text to Spiderman and a telepathic call to Emma, and took Jubilee with him to the towers. He'll stabilize what he can, while looking for Kitty, rendering aid and evacuation where possible, and directing those needing shelter to various places. The HoA is open for refugees.]

[Lucifer appears. He's not touching the rubble, not moving to help. He looks only vaguely curious--after all, his pet is alive, and Michael wouldn't have been hurt by it anyway, so he doesn't care who's injured.]
