It's a chilly, grey-skied morning - soon to become wet with rain, if the weather forecast is to be believed. The official opening is a subdued affair. There is no ribbon cutting, there are no speeches. Only two tired-eyed journalists show for the story, and they'll leave soon after the gates are opened. Slow but heavy clouds have begun to roll in by the time Sam Merlotte comes before the small, gathered crowd. He welcomes them, informs them of his appreciation for their appearance, and then parts the iron gates.
