Summary: It's Kazuma's birthday -- and tommorow is Hitsugaya's. And they each got the other a gift whether they asked for it or not.

At least that damned drink last week hadn't completely impaired his judgement. He may have publicly embarrassed himself by bouncing around and being generally smiley, but he'd still had wits enough to get Kazuma a decent birthday gift. Hitsugaya never cared much about his own birthday, but those of his friends deserved to be acknowledged. Which was why he'd even bothered in the first place.
He'd let Kazuma know he was coming by this afternoon, but didn't bother saying why. He figured it was self-evident. It wasn't like he'd forgotten his own birthday, right?
The gift itself was tucked under his arm, the box neatly and efficiently wrapped in simple, pale blue wrappng paper that he'd had left over from Matsumoto's birthday. He knocked on the door to Kazuma's apartment and waited for admittance.
