[Keigo isn't aware of the true danger of this visit yet. Right now, he's just eyeing that bottle of wine with suspicion.]

I told you I'm never drinking again! Especially with you!

Don't you have a corkscrew?

[ He commences rummaging around in the drawers of their PRISTINE, white kitchen ]

And where are your wine glasses, we'll need several. At least!

[Keigo points to a drawer when asked about the corkscrew but just shrugs at the request for wine glasses.]

I don't know. Uryuu told me not to touch them.

[Wait a minute...]

Several?

[deathknellgrell]

[ Finding the corkscrew, he sets about opening the wine bottle. POP! A little bit of red wine gets on the white countertop, but he ignores that for now. ]

Told you not to touch them? How rude. You live here, too, you've got every right to touch things.

[ He starts opening and closing cupboard doors, looking through. ]

Yes. In case, you know, friends decide to drop by.

[Months of living with Uryuu have trained Keigo to recognize spills and stains. It doesn't mean he always does anything about it, but that first drop of wine makes him nervous. He knows Uryuu will somehow turn it into his fault if Grell makes a mess.]

That's what I think! But nooooo, some things are "expensive" and "crystal" and "worth more than me".

[Still not catching on to the true meaning of Grell's words, because really, who would even think of that as a possibility?]

Why do you want to drink wine with my friends?

Here we are~!

[ Grell finds the expensive, crystal, worth-more-than-Keigo glasses and pulls them all down, lining them up on the counter. He fills two of them and hands one to Keigo. ]

It's pointless having something nice if you never use it.

[Keigo thinks that he's been around Uryuu too much when he actually worries about Grell breaking each glass as he takes it down from the cabinet.

He doesn't protest the alcohol this time, but he just holds the glass awkwardly. He will be strong and not budge on his plan to never drink again!]

He probably uses them all the time when I'm not around to...I don't know...break them just by being in the same room.

You're not going to break them, silly.

[ A pause ]

Well - you might if you keep clutching them like that! Use a ~light~ grip.

[Keigo loosens his grip and tries to imitate the way Grell is holding his glass, even if it feels pretty fruity.]

[ He demonstrates and then - CLINK! ]

[Keigo extends a pinkie, clinks glasses and takes a big drink of the wine without thinking about it because that's what you do after you clink glasses!

[Keigo grabs the nearest towel and wipes at his mouth, only realizing after the fact how very white that towel was. Crap. This stain really is his fault. That's the moment he gives up and drains the whole glass.]
