Who: Yaha and Shikamaru Nara.
When: Early evening.
Where: Prison then xXx.
Summary: AGI buys an elf from prison. Time to collect.
Warnings: Yaha, always.
No one comes to see me now. Yaha tilted his head slightly as he rose his hand to one of the brick wall that surrounds him now. His index finger dug against the surface until it broke and bled to make a tally mark -- next to the others that were made. It was rare to have a lucid moment, but he was having one now, he thought. Keep track of how long I realize the reality of the world. The markings are not very long.
He had lost a bit of his weight in solitary confinement. The fear -- was it fear? -- of him killing himself brought forth the unfortunate feeding tube. But he realized that he would rather not be forced to be kept alive but live on his own as best he could. Urick would not want him to just be a complete invalid forever, would he? No, Urick would want him to live and eat and accept his punishment. That is what Urick wants, isn't it? The elf looked around the cell, but no one seemed to be wanting to answer him.
Touching his hair, he had almost forgotten what it was like before. How soft and silky it felt rather than grease and filth. It was not that they were not taking good care of him, but rather that he was making it difficult to do so. The money to care for someone such as Yaha was not in the cards for them. Could only do so much. His shoulders shook a little as he laughed to himself. Urick must be very proud of me right now. He must be. I did not argue with any of them.
Will I be rewarded soon for my good behavior?
