Who:

fragmentsoflucyWhen: Throughout the day, beginning early. 17th of February.
Where: Starting at the library, wandering elsewhere.
Summary: Kazuhiko gets some much needed time outside to meet Allen, who has met him twice over previously, without his knowledge.
Warnings: Action tags. Talk of MPD and killers, if Shinji shows up, then mild forms of all things that come with him.
[The morning time is something that has become routine for Kazuhiko, and he flourishes in it. The same steps. A smile to greet him in waking, bids for tales of pleasant dreaming that ignores just how long it is that he's been asleep. That asks as if he's been gone for only a night. Cooking, an accompanied breakfast. Idle chatter. Then once left alone, a shower, and today dressing for an outing. A note is left, as not to cause worry. A promise to return before nightfall. All normal actions, things that anyone would find themselves doing.
Kazuhiko leaves the apartment, fumbling to make sure that the door is, in fact, locked. The spell on it makes it utterly clear to him that a slip in security would not be forgiven. Once certain, he pulls the jacket that was given to him by Yaha for Christmas close against the cold. Directions to the library are tucked in his pocket, as well as a watch. Within the walls of the apartment, he pays no attention to it, because it breaks his illusions. But outside, it's important for him to know if he's lost time. So he'll endure the pain of his type of existence being to the forefront. The thought of meeting the young man he's spoken to on a few occasions. To his knowledge, one of only a handful who have met the other sides of him. Though, with the days he's lost here, he can't be sure.
He arrives at the library a crisp fifteen minutes early, and thus stands outside, waiting. His eyes watch the crowd instead, as he sits on a bench off to the side of the front entrance to the building. His fingers brush the watch in his pocket slowly.]
