Hunting in the Dark

Summary: After this conversation Kuchiki-taichou is going out killer-hunting. He's going to be out all over the place.

Byakuya was annoyed. He'd called Kenpachi and told him that they were going out into the Darkness and hunting a killer.
Standing on a roof, the taichou of Sixth Division watched out into the Darkness, waiting for something anything to catch his attention. There had to be something. This killer had struck at least two nights. Byakuya didn't believe that he'd suddenly stop tonight.
Or she. He knew some women he'd believe capable of murder, even as graphic and horrible as this had seemed to be.
Lightly, he dropped down onto the streets and let his senses open. He'd find something tonight. Even if it wasn't what he was thinking of.
