Summary: Today is Byakuya's birthday. Yoruichi and Urahara just can't leave that alone.
Warnings: Cake? Party hats? Humiliating a noble?
The flow of time was a funny thing. In this case, it meant that she'd missed at least a hundred of Little Byakuya's birthdays, and that just wasn't right. So. She needed to make up for that.
And perhaps do it in an embarrassing, big-sisterly way. Because that was how she did things.
Sensing Byakuya's reiatsu was easy enough, and so both she and Kisuke stood just outside the door to his classroom, their own presences cloaked so tightly that they could not be sensed. Kisuke was in charge of carrying the cake -- store bought, in one of the few flavours Byakuya would appreciate, because neither of them were any kind of a baker -- and Yoruichi was in charge of more . . . stealthy matters.
Her eyebrows lifted in interest as she heard the sounds of class wrapping up. She grinned in Kisuke's direction, but didn't say anything. That would have given them away ruined Little Byakuya's surprise. And they couldn't have that.
