Who: thecorpsedaddy, retraced, shadowsinform, untamable_angel, and goldilocked
When: Sunday, 30th of January, around 2pm
Where: A small courtyard in Sector 4.
Summary: We gather here today to mourn the loss of a great man.
Warnings: Sad, and other things the come from character death.

A slow procession was made down the streets of Sector 4, the looming and foreboding presence of the Undertaker's carriage overtaking the scenery with a solemn silence. There was something within the glass encasement of the black iron and wood coach on that afternoon; a casket of aged cherry wood which antiqued brass decoration rested in a bed of pennywinkles, blue moon roses, and gigantic stargazer lilies. The man at the lead sat hunched and swaying with the rocking of his vehicle, the horses heads were even lowered with their decorative black-feather tuffs.

Break had said it was a very good tree, that he liked it. It was the last spot outside of Undertaker's home that he'd expressed an affinity for openly. And so, here he was, beneath the tree where the two of them had spooked Gilbert just two weeks prior. As black spoked wheels and hooves left trails in the winter-bitten grass, even the shepherd stopped and hesitated at the sight of the ground where he would be committing his friend. A pause, and a sigh later, he slid from the seat above the coach and fetched his shovel. There was an hour and a half before the service was set to start, and there was still much work to be done.
