Lee Chaolan of Violet Systems, Inc. took a peek at his watch. It was eight in the evening, on the dot. While coming to the island left him with nothing more than his wallet, his Blackberry and his steel and gold Rolex GMT-Master II, he was rather thankful that for the bit of extra dollars he carried in his wallet and the few Christmas odd jobs he was able to work stealthily to get to know the island better.
So for a rather recent newcomer, Lee Chaolan looked relatively dapper in a second-hand shearling coat dyed in gray over a long-sleeved black button down shirt and tailored slacks appropriate for any respectable company president.
Tonight though, he wasn't sealing a deal or looking into any new acquisitions. He was merely sating a curiosity and for that, he had decided to tag along with a companion. Except that this companion was one he had never really seen-- only heard. So-- where was Izaya Orihara?
