Jubilee jogged up the stairs of the starter apartments. Her bag clinked with all the things that Magneto insisted that she bring, and whatever else he'd deemed necessary.
She'd thought she'd never be able to leave! Man had too much time on his hands, between feeding her and hounding her about wound care.
She tapped on the door. Jubilee couldn't help the startled moment she had when she found him... a little shorter than her. That was damned unusual. Most of the time, she was used to looking up. "Hey. I'm Jubes. Let's get this done, shall we?"
