Who: Godot and Maya
When: September 3rd, afternoonish?
Where: The... apartment buildings?
Summary: Godot goes to pick up Maya after she arrives. Quickly followed by awkward!
Warnings: Awwwwwkward and possibly angst. And possibly spoilers for T&T
As much as she acted light-hearted about this place - to be honest, it was giving her the creeps. Crime during the day, monsters during the night, and no way home? That was just a recipe for awful. It didn't help that she still was feeling dizzy and nauseous. And was maybe a little worried about Nick.
In any case, she spotted the apartment building and made her way over, looking for him. It was nice of Mr. Arm- No, Mr. Godot to offer to get her (although he saved her life before, so she wasn't surprised), but... Even knowing he was so important to Mia, she wasn't sure how to talk to him. She'd only really known him as the smooth-talking, cool-headed prosecutor who had a tendency of throwing coffee at Nick's head. They never had a casual conversation - or much conversation at all, really.
Truth be told, she was a little nervous to meet him - not that she wanted that to show.
