Summary: Harley goes shopping for some new pets with her BFF Ivy.

There had been a lot of talk over the Network lately about pets, Harley thought, and it gave her heart a sort of dull ache to be reminded that she was in Siren's Port without her own furry babies. She considered picking up a new animal companion a few times since she had arrived in the city, but getting a kitten or a goldfish or a snapping turtle didn't feel right to her. It wasn't until an exploratory day trip to the zoo on a random afternoon that she finally just accepted what she had been missing.
Hyenas. Those loopy lupines. Those screwball scavengers. Those endearing eaters of entrails. There was a pair at the Siren's Port zoo that were just perfect! All she had to do was pick them up. It would be a bit easier said than done of course, but Harley was confident that with the help of her newly-arrived gal-pal, the job would become much easier.
It took some begging on the clown-girl's part. But there they were -- Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy -- in front of the gates after closing. Harley made an excited squeaking noise before addressing her partner.
"Gee, Red, I can't wait! Thank you sooo much for comin' with! It wouldn't have been the same without ya!"
