"Not a single place for cigars, so far. What savages, really," he said, looking around, "Oi, Woman. You know more of this place than I. Tell me where I can get quality cigar. Quality, not the shit most people smoke."

She lifted her head a bit, standing taller. She wouldn't let him intimidate her. Taking into account what Luffy had said and the things Crocodile said earlier in the video conversation... she would give him a little consideration.
"There is a smoke shop just past the pack, near the Major's Club. Local and Imported." And she nodded her head to the right, as if to tell him to follow her. "There are a few of us, though oddly enough our numbers are suddenly decreasing..." The hard glance said a lot. She was suspicious to his appearance and two of her Nakama's disappearance, that much should be clear.

Okay, it wasn't as bad as all that, but the white clad, pink haired princess spots Nami sitting a short distance away nonetheless. Stepping around a small pile of rubbish yet to be thrown away, she started towards the navigator. "Excuse me...!"

Looking over her NV she frowned. Maybe it was true and the others were just... gone now. It was a bit heart breaking. Closing the little Denden-NV up again she... blinked. She lifted her head, looking past a strand of orange hair to see a girl coming towards him. Reaching up to tuck the hair back behind a ear she wondered if she was talking to her.
Seeing no one else really around she lifted her hand to give a lazy wave back. "Hello~"

By the "here" she unclasped one hand to gesture at some of the still-damaged parts of the mall, then folded her hands again. "It can't normally be like this...!"

This brought her to the simple conclusion that she's a Newcomer as well. There have been so many new people coming in... as well as leaving. She hated the thought, but it was true.
"There was a riot the other day. The third I think. Started above ground and spilled in to the mall." A pause, considering it. She had been here a few months but it had never been like this. "I'd say the places were still recovering from the earthquake a month or so back, but this?" She waved to the area around them. "Isn't really normal."
