Seventh Darkfall {Action} Backdated to earlier in the day

[It is rare he is out and about during the day. But today is different. Today, he is in disguise. A cloak he's fashioned if warn, and he walks as if old and decrepit. Behind him, he has a makeshift wagon, containing multiple baskets, all of them about the same size and some of them shuffling every now and then. He'll watch carefully from along sidewalks, carefully selecting people at random. Or perhaps he himself is approached. Either way, eventually, he'll be getting rid of these baskets.]
