Does anyone know who I could speak to in order to dispute some phone charges? It seems I've been charged twenty dollars by the "Vocal Vixens and Horny Hunks" hotline, even though the call was less than two minutes and I was trying to call the "Delhi Belly" restaurant to order in some Indian food. Obviously, I don't want to call the same number back to make a complaint if I'm going to be charged ten dollars a minute.
