Temperatures remain colder, with slightly overcast skies mixed with sunshine and no precipitation. It is a dry cold, with moderate winds throughout the day and frost buildup at night. High of 2°C and a low of -8°C (36°F/18°F).

Last Laugh Proves Fatal
The article for today reports on a performance at Felton Theatre. The performance, intended to be the last showing of Last Laugh, took an abrupt turn when the Joker flooded the theater with deadly laughing gas.
Many died in the attack with rictus grins on their faces, indicating that this is the same poison that was used on experimental subjects in the Industrial Sector over the summer in the Toxin Murder case - Joker is believed to be the Toxin Murderer.
No structural damage was done to the Theater and a thorough search did not reveal any more gas bombs.
"I didn't see it coming!" said Sander Cohen, when asked about the attack. "Oh woooe my poor theater and the poor audience caught in the giggle gas!"
The Joker, already wanted for burning down a street in the Industrial Sector and the murder of several police officers, escaped the scene of the crime and is still at large.
Other Notes
- ZIPS, the SERO-owned arcade, will be hosting a robot war throughout the next month or so. Build your robot and bring it in each weekend to compete in a Citywide tournament. May the strongest bot win.
- Abandoned animals are being offered at the pet shelters in the City. These animals were Christmas gifts being spurned already, and are looking for good homes. Pets include kittens, puppies, and various reptiles, some unique and interesting varieties. Check out shelters for more information.
