This time of year reminds me a lot of Romdeau. It was never cold or snowy like this but- everyone was so preoccupied with buying. It was good for the city you see and- it's good here? No one ever really talks about that though, how it's good for the society, just how it's good to get a person a gift.

There has to be one somewhere! They wouldn't be able to sell them in stores if they didn't have a tree somewhere, right?

I think here they ship food from other places. [Strange concept- but that's what some of those commercials about local grown food seems to imply.]

[She's silent at that, and after a moment she drops out of the picture, even though her NV stays still, pointing at the wall.]

[A few minutes later, an image appears in front of the screen. A very crude, childlike drawing of a woman with long, black hair grabbing a well dressed man by the neck and slamming him into a wall. Awaiting his reaction...]

[...Well it is certainly a departure from what she usually draws. Vincent stares for a few seconds, trying to comprehend what he is being shown. As Pino does not, or can not, draw something she has not already seen...]

Pino...when did you see this?

[Her voice sounds from behind her drawing:]

[Vincent blinks. Some sort of game? He sighs, but not one Pino is playing for fun. What is going on?]

I didn't see that...not here. Is that from some sort of t.v. show...?
