SERO's been offering free energy efficiency heater installation as a civic charity of sorts, newcomer housing qualifies. If that's still in progress, I believe there should be office contact number on the flyer...probably somewhere in the Towers lobby?

An electrical heater. A standing system that generates warmth- haven't seen the newest models marketed here, but the objective is the same, indoor climate control.
