[It's dark, the NV is filming out on the street. There's a new night-vision feature installed, so it's a wash of tinted greens, but a bit better for visibility.

There's a small, brighter lit patch where a bike headlight's shining, casting shadows through a chainlink fence that's been put up around . It's dingy here- always dingy in the dark, but
